I have also worked with more than eight coaches, helping them plan, launch & advertise high-ticket coaching programs. These include coaches with programs and courses on launching online businesses, entrepreneurship, sales training, leadership development, international travel, mindset coaching, wellness, nutrition, etc.


I started my career with multinational companies such as AkzoNobel Pakistan and British American Tobacco in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and Project Management roles. I was part of complex and tense demerger activities during AkzoNobel's demerger from ICI Pakistan Limited. My role involved the acquisition of Corporate HR functions, documents, and systems for AkzoNobel Pakistan.


I designed and implemented an online performance management system at AkzoNobel Pakistan that included objective setting, KPIs, development plans, training needs analysis, approvals, and appeals process. I also participated in the global change project at British American Tobacco to manage SAP Materials Management implementation in Pakistan.


In 2016, after working with other local companies in HR roles, I pivoted to work as an independent contractor in digital marketing. This shift required learning new skills and implementing my existing abilities differently. To excel, I utilized all potential learning resources to develop a deep understanding of marketing, sales, advertising, funnels, and automation tools in the global marketplace.


Initially, I worked with local clients but soon shifted to working with international clients through Freelancer, Upwork, and LinkedIn. In the last four years, I have helped many early-stage start-ups, established businesses, and leadership teams in achieving business process optimisation targets, launching marketing automation initiatives, and developing digital infrastructures to support business scalability.

I have planned and executed paid advertising campaigns for my clients on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, LinkedIn, and TikTok to help them generate 5X ROI on their advertising spend within the first 3 to 6 months.


I take pride in keeping things transparent while delivering valuable advice to my clients. My initial contacts with clients are through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
